Founded in 2025 by Vincenzo Calla and RJ Fromm, our agency was born from a shared passion for high-impact storytelling and a proven track record in high-stakes communications. With deep roots in the Ottawa community and extensive experience in political and corporate digital strategy, we understand that a recognizable brand is the foundation of growth.

Meet the Founders

Vincenzo Calla
Co-Founder
Vincenzo Calla is a digital strategist, communications advisor, content creator, and dedicated community volunteer.
In 2021, Vincenzo founded VCalla Productions to bring together his passions for politics, history, local issues and public education, creating engaging, accessible content that has reached millions across his social platforms.
From 2021-2022, Vincenzo was a youth political panellist on SiriusXM Canada Talks. He was also featured on CBC Radio One Ottawa during to discuss his show, The Political Job Interview which amassed over 50,000 views over the span of the 2022 Ottawa Municipal Election.
Since 2021, Vincenzo has been active in politics across the City of Ottawa on all three levels of government, working on numerous political campaigns. From 2023 until 2025, Vincenzo held various roles supporting former Nepean MPP and Ontario Cabinet Minister Hon. Lisa MacLeod, including as her Communications Advisor.
In 2026, Vincenzo graduated from the University of Ottawa with a Joint Honours Bachelor of Arts in History and Political Science.
Vincenzo’s leadership and service have earned him multiple honours, including the Catholic Student Award from the Catholic Education Foundation of Ontario and the Archbishop of Ottawa-Cornwall’s Award for Catholic Leadership.
Vincenzo currently lives in Barrhaven, a community in Nepean, Ontario, and is set to begin a Bachelor of Education at York University in Fall 2026.

RJ Fromm
Co-Founder
RJ Fromm is a recent graduate of Carleton University, where he earned an Honours Degree in Film Studies with a minor in English Literature. He is a passionate storyteller, filmmaker, and content creator with aspirations of becoming a skilled and impactful film and television director.
RJ has written, directed, and edited a range of short films that have been screened for public audiences. In 2024, his original short film Changed Man was selected for screening at Ottawa’s ByTowne Cinema as part of the University of Ottawa’s Student-Led Film Festival.
RJ has also led Narrative Vision, a digital marketing agency he founded to help brands tell their stories through compelling visual content and data-driven advertisements. RJ developed targeted Google Ad campaigns tailored to each client’s goals, audience, and platform. His work ranged from designing ad copy to analyzing performance metrics and refining campaigns for maximum impact.
In 2024, RJ served as the Junior Communications Advisor for Nepean’s former MPP and former Ontario Cabinet Minister Lisa MacLeod, creating engaging multimedia content to promote MPP MacLeod’s initiatives and connect meaningfully with constituents across platforms such as Instagram, X, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
At the beginning of 2025, RJ worked on the campaign of former Nepean PC candidate Alex Lewis, where he played a key role in shaping the campaign’s digital presence. He was responsible for filming, editing, and publishing a wide range of video content—including campaign announcements, event coverage, and social media clips—designed to engage voters and clearly communicate the candidate’s platform.
